If every square meter of the factory is used to a maximum advantage, safety and just as intended, the main goal of the technology has been achieved.
What's most important when designing factories is an integrated approach to the task.

Every so often, especially in complex projects, there are situations when at the same time in one building there is a need for clean rooms, radiation protection, and chemical or explosion and fire safety.

When developing each of the specialized technologies, the relevant experience is required. Only in rare cases a single technologist can solve the entire complex of such dissimilar tasks.

This is why we have specialists in our team capable of finding solutions for the whole range of issues which occur in design of the production technologies.


In our company, the technology of production facilities is handled by the Department of Industrial Design. The employees' work experience ranges from 6 to 20 years.
Sometimes, the regulatory documents may not meet the resources and wishes of the customer. Our task is to implement the original concept and agree on the way of its implementation, even if it formally collides with the requirements of the regulations.

We look for compromise solutions, develop compensatory measures, conduct scientific research to select arguments. We have dozens of ways to work with regulations within the legal framework.

At the same time, we pay special attention to the safety of the facility. And we will never allow the use of solutions with ill-conceived security, even if they formally meet all the necessary requirements.

We work not only with the regulatory framework in force in the Russian Federation, but also with international, corporate and other requirements within the scope of each object.

The regulatory documents that we work with can be written in any language and published in the country.

Quality project is a project that is as similar as possible to an actually constructed building. The main parameters of the quality technology are a level of comfort, achievement of the target values, and, what's most important, no unpredictable "behavior" of the building's functions.

Already at the stage of reviewing the source data, or when developing a production concept, the technologist sees it clearly which subtle aspects require attention in the first instance.

Agroimpex nut processing and food storage facility

Estel cosmetics production
Unicosmetik is one of Russia's top ten cosmetic companies and produces hair care products under the Estel brand. The brand produces hair lightening powders, dyes and alcohol-based liquid products. The new production facility in Kolpino will produce ingredients and hair care products containing ethanol.
PVC film production, Eximpaсk plant
The project to expand the existing production facility twofold with a building extension. The product is a heat-shrinkable film that is applied to food, household chemicals and cosmetics containers. The film is made by applying organically soluble gravure inks to the PVC film and bonding the edges of the label to each other in a sleeve.
Production of coke from hard coal in Temirtau, Republic of Kazakhstan
The coke plant in Temirtau uses an innovative technology which involves thermal oxidative bed coking of coal charge in retort furnaces.
