Project adaptation
The project adaptation means transformation of an already developed project or concept, with the Russian standards in mind, under the conditions of strict aesthetic constraints of the architectural project.
The project adaptation is carried out in the following cases:

  • adaptation of the foreign designers' concepts to the Russian standards
  • adaptation of reconstruction projects to meet the requirements for preservation of the cultural heritage objects
  • development of regulations for transformation of facilities for big events
Every so often, the project adaptation is seen as "translation" of foreign project documentation into Russian laced with additional volumes as required by the Russian standards. Yet, this approach leads to simplification of the functions and transformation of an interesting idea into another standard project.

Search for the best solution can sometimes take weeks, as dozens of options are developed and rejected in the process.

Our aim is to implement the architects' idea and preserve the aesthetic features of the project.

We are striving to ensure that more quality buildings appear in Russia.
The questions we ask ourselves when adapting projects:
How can we implement this idea under the Russian conditions?
What are we going to come up with to get this decision approved at the expert evaluation?

In the process of adaptation, we often start working directly with the project's authors from the very beginning of the concept formation. It helps to avoid misunderstandings, reduce the time for adjustments and abandon complex compensatory measures.

Cooperation with foreign architects and engineers also allows us to learn from the experience and make practical use of higher design standards.
Our employees not only provide bilingual documentation, but also offer the project developers several solutions to the task.

Top class technology is adaptation of the projects of the cultural heritage objects with a change in the building's function. Protected buildings are subject to the most stringent requirements for preservation of the historical elements.

However, engineering communications often spoil the appearance and interior of the building. Our specialists try to avoid such decisions. Technological processes in the building should be invisible and aesthetic.

Centre of Islamic Civilisation in Tashkent
A cultural and scientific Centre of Islamic civilisation will open in Tashkent, representing the culture and history of Islam in Central Asia. It is a collaborative project of Uzogirsanoatloiha JSC and French architectural bureau Wilmotte & Associes Architectes. The facades and exterior of the building in the traditional style are a project of the Uzbek bureau Karat Project. We designed the overall building technology and museum technology, while our partners M.K.3 designed the engineering systems.
EUROPOLIS shopping and entertainment complex
Europolis shopping centre is a project by FORTGROUP located in St. Petersburg near Lesnaya metro station. The architectural concept was developed by Chapman Taylor British architectural bureau.
Chemicals manufacture for Sysmex laboratory diagnostics
Japanese company Sysmex produces devices for medical laboratory diagnosis and chemicals for this equipment. This facility is only meant for production of chemicals.
Flint Group paint manufacture
Flint Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of printing inks. A new production facility will open in Moscow. We developed the working documentation (RD stage) based on the defended project.
Manufacture of medicines and cosmetics, Laboratory THOSCANE
Laboratory THOSCANE produces products based on hyaluronic acid. It is used for various purposes, including intra-articular injections. This means that the production must not only be sterile, but also apyrogenic.
Production of hormonal medicines by Besins Healthcare
Besins Healthcare is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical hormonal products for women's and men's health. New plant in Yaroslavl will produce the drug Utrogestan. It is used to prevent premature births.
