A cultural and scientific Centre of Islamic civilisation will open in Tashkent, representing the culture and history of Islam in Central Asia. It is a collaborative project of Uzogirsanoatloiha JSC and French architectural bureau Wilmotte & Associes Architectes. The facades and exterior of the building in the traditional style are a project of the Uzbek bureau Karat Project. We designed the overall building technology and museum technology, while our partners M.K.3 designed the engineering systems.

The aim of the castle's reconstruction in 2015 was to restore the historical appearance of the building by removing attributes and additions of the Soviet times, as well as to bring the museum up to date and make it a more pleasant place to visit.

Large-scale reconstruction of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts designed by Yuri Grigoryan and Meganom Project. Restoration of the main building will begin after opening of the Museum Campus and the Depository, Restoration and Exhibition Centre, which will take over some of the exhibition space's functions.

Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts' Depository, Restoration and Exhibition Centre is a new building for the museum's expansion. The centre's construction is necessary for the subsequent restoration of the main building of the Pushkin Museum and transfer of the exhibits to the new complex while the restoration work is being in process.

The architectural concept for the new museum was created by the Meganom studio, led by Yuri Grigoryan, in collaboration with Nowadays office.

Mitino Sport City shopping and entertainment complex houses an ice arena, a cinema park of 11 halls, a fitness centre and sports halls. On the second floor, there will be restaurants overlooking Mitino Park.

The centre will house thousands of server rooms and will be one of the largest centres in Russia. Part of the capacities will be leased, and part will cover the company's own needs for the development of innovative technologies.

Leningrad regional oncology centre was opened in 1951. In 2003, its capacity was increased by opening a dispensary in Kuzmolovo. In 2017, a decision was made to develop the oncological dispensary and build new units.

RCRI operating theater is a training ground for highly qualified oncology surgeons. Up to 10,000 surgeries are performed in the surgical unit each year.

The recovery and rehabilitation center features a variety of rehabilitation techniques, such as hydrotherapy, water and mud therapy, work therapy, physical therapy and a swimming pool. The clinic also houses a laboratory unit, several floors occupied by an inpatient unit, a polyclinic, a disinfection unit and a functional diagnostics unit (CT, MRI, X-ray).

Zoostatus Veterinary Center is a modern, multifunctional clinic which provides everything that is necessary for the pets' and their owners' comfort.

The Residence is a business-class housing development located in the centre of Vasilievsky Island in St. Petersburg. The ground floors are occupied by commercial premises and such amenities as kindergarden, medical center and spaces for tenant companies.

Golden City is being built on the aggradated land of Vasilievsky Island under the project of KCAP Holding B.V. Orange consortium and A.Len architectural bureau.

In 2016 the plant was taken over by the State Corporation "Rostec". The production part of the plant was relocated to the outskirts of Tula, and the plant itself was transformed into a creative cluster with a school of modern high technologies.

Europolis shopping centre is a project by FORTGROUP located in St. Petersburg near Lesnaya metro station. The architectural concept was developed by Chapman Taylor British architectural bureau.
