Karelian Cheesess is a production of semi-hard cheese and butter with a high standard of product quality. The project is implemented through private investment by the owners.

One of the plant's advantages is high-tech equipment from Europe. Quality control of raw materials and products is established at the production facility.

The task was to reconstruct the existing fruit and berry canning facility into a cheese production facility with special raw material reception and quality control.

The existing building was not suitable for cheese production. Only the garage area was being completed. There was not enough space for the capacities the investors wanted.

In order to make efficient use of the production area, we developed special gravity warehouses and optimised the process to the most possible extent.

The specifications for the equipment were lost. An enormous amount of analysis was carried out on the equipment in order to calculate the loads, we searched for analogues and double-checked the information. As a result, production will soon be up and running at full capacity.
