Development area of Rudnevo Industrial Park exceeds 100,000 square metres. It will house high-tech enterprises in the engineering, aviation, electronics and printing industries.

A huge number of sophisticated production facilities have been developed and agreed upon in the shortest possible time. Use of high technology, automated equipment and no need to build their own production buildings will shorten the production launch time for the tenants.

Each building in the park is designed according to its future use. But the project does not stop there – the possibility of changing tenants and types of production is built into the design by maximising the versatility of the technological solutions of the buildings.

For each building, we have proposed individual solutions for unloading vehicles, which simplify logistics and increase the production area, without harming the aesthetics of the industrial park at the same time.

We have paid great attention to the storage capacity of the buildings. Each building has the potential to expand capacity and the scale of production in such a way that the warehouses do not become overcrowded. This is a definite plus for tenants of modern production facilities.

The flexibility of technological solutions will allow tenants to adapt the premises to their needs without deviating from the norms and in compliance with all the safety requirements.
