Any pharmaceutical production facility is a rather complex and painstaking task for the engineers. Many interrelated parameters, the requirements of production technologists and the GMP standards have to be considered.

At this site, the design was complicated by the conditions of reconstruction of the building. Space planning was not just dictated by technological considerations, but also by the layout of the solid walls.

In addition, the production of bacterial mass differs from other pharmaceutical plants in that we cannot disinfect the environment using conventional methods.

Disinfectants and ultraviolet light will kill not only foreign bacteria, but also the bacteria we need. The process must be carefully planned and additional measures must be taken to ensure that no micro-organisms can enter the production area during the product's processing.

In this case, a multi-stage sluice and step-by-step treatment system is used for everything that goes into production. All raw material and product movement must comply with the company's internal regulations. And most production processes are carried out automatically.
