Symbol residential development by Donstroy is located on the border of Moscow central district. This is an upscale residential complex with a developed infrastructure.

The complex comprises a business centre, a fitness centre, kindergardens and a spacious parking. All the parking lots are underground, so the maximum amount of space is released for public areas.

When designing a fitness center, we paid special attention to the layout and function of the rooms. The fitness center occupies three floors. Beside the fitness rooms, there are two swimming pools and a beauty salon.

Due to the severe bevel of the building, it was difficult to calculate and distribute the flows. The project was also extensively redesigned to make it wheelchair accessible.

Ultimately, we have optimised the floor space by 10% and introduced additional functions such as dry swim area, cardio zone and whirlpool area.
